The ten acre Shannon Estate in south Vancouver has been rezoned for a major redevelopment by Wall Financial with Perkins + Will including the rehabiltition of its important heritage buildings and gardens. RLAI is responsible for the conservation of the Mansion (including important interior rooms), Coach House, Gatehouse, Italian Garden and extensive Perimeter Wall.
